I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday selecting a florist service Direct2florist that offered same day delivery if ordered by 2pm. The order was paid and accepted admittedly just before 2pm, but very much later I was contacted and told that none of the florists under the Direct2florist service were able to deliver that day. I was offered the chance to cancel the order which I did and was refunded promptly. I used the service to save time on having to phone individual florists near my mother, and was disappointed that if I had phoned individual florists I might have managed to get the flowers on time. I was pleased that the refund was processed promptly.
