Received a call at 3pm from Shelia saying they wouldn’t delivery . And they would deliver another day and will phone my mum to tell her . Absolute nonsense and
Stupid ,who in their right mind would like a phone call to tell them they won’t get their flowers on their occasion . I told them I wanted a full refund
To which they agreed , I received an email later saying that my order was in fact out with a driver . Which was lie .
My mum didn’t receive flowers for her birthday

Full of lies and talking to people as if they are children . As of this email I have not hit my refund either . Avoid this company
