I have had flowers from this florist before and they never fail to surprise me with their beautiful bouquets that they produce.On this occasion I had forgotten someones birthday so it was a last minute dash to get some flowers delivered. Easy to order, good value and flowers lovely. Only feedback would be if delivery driver leaves flowers in a safe place that they leave a note telling recipient where they are. Apart from that all good and would reorder. Called florist and they took on feedback professionally.

I live in the UK, and my daughter lives in Ireland. Since I couldn't be there for her 30th birthday, I made a very last-minute decision to send her a bouquet of flowers. I should mention that I had never ordered flowers online before. I needed the bouquet to be delivered the same day and the large flower delivery companies could only deliver the next day. After a long search, I found the Direct2Florist website and, through it, Clare Flowers Banagher, the closest florist to my daughter's house in Meelick. Since I had never ordered flowers this way before, I didn’t specify a delivery time, and they were already on their way to the restaurant when the flowers arrived. However, the surprise was still successful. The bouquet was even more beautiful than the one shown in the picture. Next time, I was definitely going to use Clare Flowers Banagher again.

Update: April 1st and still no refund. I guess I was the fool to trust this company. Do I need to go to the CCPC next? So on time delivery for Mother’s Day was promised. I ordered and there was no florist near that could deliver on time so I paid extra to get one that could. Delivery confirmed Sat March 14th. Then I had a missed call and a follow up email to say best they could do was now a Monday 16th delivery after Mother’s Day. No offer to even remove the delivery charge. Then I received an email on Saturday 14th (day the order was to be delivered) to say it would now be Thursday 19th before it would be delivered, four days after Mother’s Day. Needless to say I was annoyed and cancelled and promised a refund on that date. It is now March 24th and still no refund. Terrible, terrible service. Thank you for your marketing email yesterday "Surprise them — effortlessly" Effortlessly, I think NOT!!
