The choice of flowers, be it the colours or the size of the bouquet and the arrangement. The site made it easy for me to navigate around to pick out what I wanted with so many options to chose from. It was easy for me to make our anniversary a little more special. I will remain using this as my first choice in regards to flowers with that something special look about them. Can't thank you enough for the effect it had on my wife. Happy tears lol.

My order was placed and paid for well before the cut of time that was stated.
The flowers were for my daughters birthday and as I am currently working away in a remote country town this seemed like a great idea.
After calling the florist after closing time I am informed that they have not received my order so consequently my daughter did not receive the gift from me .
Not only did she not receive the flowers but I am also charged extra because it is outside their delivery area even though the florist is in the same town!!!
NOT HAPPY AT ALL.....BE AWARE OF EXTRA CHARGES AND NO DELIVERY!!##@@

Ordered flowers on Sunday for delivery on Tuesday, I was emailed on Tuesday afternoon to tell me that the delivery would not be fulfilled. This is not acceptable. I contacted the flower shop who had emailed you first thing on Monday morning but I was not contacted until Tuesday. This is not acceptable. I decided to make alternative plans and rang a flower shop closer to the delivery to discover that this company had already emailed them to fulfil the order, but the order was to be delivered a day late. You were paid in advance for the delivery but did not contact me to advise me of the issue.
The flower company that I contacted fulfilled the order in time but it was no thanks to to direct2florist.ie if I had not contacted the florist the order would have been to late. 😠

My experience went very well, the florist is close to my friend, and I am happy with the choice of flowers and the arrangements have been lovely, I should have requested a earlier delivery time, as the flowers didn't arrive until just after 7:00 pm, I thought that was late for a delivery but they made it safely that day. I'm happy and will use her again, Thank you, Roger

The bouquet of flowers delivered were a disgrace very few and cheap looking, I expected them to be better, I could have gone down to Lidl and purchased flowers better and at a quarter of the price. It was an embarrassment to say I sent them. Definitely not worth the money. I would certainly not recommend this company

Easy to order and pay on line. Flowers ordered from England to be delivered in Killarney, Eire. The Birthday bouquet were delivered on the right day on the morning of my sister's birthday. My sister was really pleased with the flowers and said they were beautiful.

The lady on the phone wasn’t very nice. She seemed to be in a hurry and said she had no time to show just in a minute through camera the options she had for our budget of 55€
