Rang to check if flowers had been delivered as I had sought a refund, to be told they hadn???t, but it was the ???system???. Everyone can have a bad day, but the client should not be affected.

We ordered our Wedding flowers and they were amazing! My bouquet and the bridesmaids seemed larger than most that I've seen previously and the arrangements were beautiful, I hardly had to specify anything and they were spot on! Flowers still looked amazing two days on and we manage to use them for our day 2 celebrations also! Delivery direct to our venue and set up in our ceremony were added services I didn't expect either and they were one less job to worry about on the day!

Very good service but find the delivery charge excessive. EUR7.95 to be delivered 5 minutes up the road seems a bit much. If it was outside the main Tallaght area I could understand.

Great however I think they should have let me know that the flowers weren't delivered in the day.. they did specify that same day delivery is obviously due to other factors and may not be possible. I ordered before the 2pm cut off so I think an email to let me know would have helped

The bouquet which was delivered to the happy receiver looked totally different from what was indicated on the intranet. At first it made me think of funeral flowers instead of get-well-soon. Luckily the receiver did not see it this way. And the flowers were beautiful anyhow. I was just disappointed not to get what I was shown.

I continuously go back to Celine’s for two very simple reasons: 1. Customer Service and 2. Value for money for gifts. I find them lovely to deal with, very helpful and the flowers are good value for money. I stopped using Interflora because of the skimpy little bunches of flowers and went to Celine’s. That was 10 years ago at this stage and I have never changed since.
