The flowers sent by The Flower Den to my good friend, who had lost her mom, were absolutely above and beyond what I expected. They were fresh, beautifully chosen and arranged. Ann did the flowers for my wedding 12 years ago and it is clear to see her standards have not dropped in all that time. After living away for many years it is lovely to see that I know there is an excellent florist in my area to still send flowers for family and friends when needed. I must note to begin with the the company "Direct 2 Florist" was a little rubbish, to be honest. They told me that the flowers had been delivered to the address quoted (when they hadn't) and no information about who had received them. I was worried as it was a funeral, that they had gotten lost and "direct 2 Florist " made things so much worse through abysmal communication. However I have to say after contacting "the flower den" in Ennis (ireland) not only did they put my mind to rest but the driver took it upon himself to deliver them directly to the church where my mother-in-law was. Through very smart and quick thinking my mother in law had her flowers on her grave. I cannot thank 'The Flower Den' enough.
