⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely stunning bouquet from Mullingar Florist! I was blown away by the beauty and creativity of this arrangement — it’s even more breathtaking in person. The mix of fresh lilies, roses, eucalyptus, and rich seasonal foliage was perfectly balanced and so thoughtfully put together. Every detail felt luxurious and heartfelt, right down to the hand-written note. You can really tell the care and talent that went into it. It made my birthday so special — thank you! Poorly run, terrible “business” woman can’t manager her own staff. Rang days in advance to confirm they could deliver to my address and to book a time. Added the time on the note also, asked politely and added if this wasn’t possible to contact me. On the day was ask “what was the hurry” and that I couldn’t be allotted a time. Fine but I signed a contact with nearly €100 to which I expected the service to be carried out. Instead waited over 8 hours for delivery that was to be a surprise, rang 3 times and still couldn’t get any confirmation or even my delivery???? Was to get a call back eventually after 6:15pm, again never happened. Flowers eventually arrived at 8:00-8:02pm!!! cheap half folded box, straw “ribbon” in shreds, driver didn’t even leave at the door as request (due to Covid) with tiny piece of paper with Happy Mother’s Day logo on it along with the typed message (it was for a Special Birthday as a surprise, so no personal or added touch). Lily’s were also fully bloomed which was an added disappointment as they were the receivers favourite. The receiver was truly upset over the treatment we received and was disappointed with the bouquet which was an added let down due to the expenses that was given for this gift. A deluxe bouquet was ordered but other standard ones we have previously bought in local florists have been bigger and better arranged. No apology given by anyone just that they “were busy”, I understand but I can see why elsewhere was fully booked before this company. What sort of business is this, take your money and get a rude woman with no respect to be extremely disrespectful & lies to you! The owner couldn’t even ring their own delivery driver to asked for an update, said it was “impossible”. I taught the staff work for the owner or is it some random person off the street delivering ?! I used Direct2Florist to send my mum a bunch of flowers for mother's day, costing 40 euros. I selected the option to have the florist pick it for u, thinking that this would lead to a creative, wonderful bouquet. Insted the bouquet they sent contained only low value flowers - a few Chrysanthenums and Tulips - and the arrangement had loads of twigs. I sent a polite complaint about this and Direct2florist told me they had checked with the florist and it was of the right value. But it looked nothing like the bouquets available for 40 euros - no roses, lillies, or anything else as pictured. It was really heartbreaking and eve worse that no refund or even a second bouquet was offered. Be very careful about dealing with this company - they look after florists, but not their customers.
