We live in Scotland and wanted to send a basket of flowers to family in Ireland. I used this site and chose a local florist who emailed me on Saturday evening to tell me she didn???t have any baskets so could she use a gift bag instead. We had an exchange of emails and I was so impressed that this was happening on a Saturday evening. The flowers were delivered on Monday as arranged and they are beautiful. Excellent service

Brilliant service, prompt and efficient. Flowers for Fathers' Day for my Dad who passed away in March. They even suggested a wreath for the grave instead of the vase of flowers I requested, as the wreath would be less likely to blow over in the high winds around Crooke I will definitely use Grants again, and would highly recommend Rachel
