My order was for a family that had recently had a family bereavement, so I requested a white arrangement, I did see a photo of the arrangement, my only criticism would be, I had expected a slightly larger arrangement, for a cost of nearly £50. The order was delivered on the day of the funeral, as it happened, so I was pleased about that.

I had a call the day before to say they were changing delivery day, perfectly polite no problem at all from my end. The next day I had a call from my grandparents to say they had had a lovely surprise delivery. I didn???t see them but I was told they were beautiful. I???ve never ordered flowers this way before (I???m in the UK and they were delivered to Ireland) and it so easy and so reasonable in pricing. Very easy to do, would definitely recommend them.
