Difficulty with the delivery the recipient had to collect the delivery, I appear to have missed the time delivery preference slot on the order, I feel it wasn't very obvious. Thankfully the flower arrangement was good.

I wish I could see what exactly was delivered even thought I know they were beautiful! And when order having a choice of time, or at least possibility of a note to the delivery person. Received an email stating my order could not be completed. So I contacted florist directly and ordered my desired flowers. Florist also stated they had not received my original order so I was confident ordering through them and dismissing my original order. On flower delivery day recipients received 2 bouquets. I received no other communication to state original order would be completed and was charged for both bouquets. Very frustrating.

He chose the florist choice vase flowers for our work colleague who just bought a house. Ordered them on a Tuesday night, after hours, and they were delivered Wednesday lunch time. She absolutely loved them. They are arranged so beautifully, huge selection of different flowers, some still waiting to bloom, so I know they'll last a long time! Ordering Flowers was easy and straight forward. However, the flowers ordered did not arrive on the selected date even though I did get a confirmation email to say they had been delivered! I only discovered that the flowers had not arrived when I checked in with my friend to see if she had got them two days later. I rang the florist directly and they confirmed they had made a mistake and were very apologetic. The flowers that eventually arrived were lovely but not the same as the bouquet I had selected - I thought in light of the error made they might have done something a bit more special! If I hadn't checked up to see if the flowers had arrived I would have been none the wiser! Maybe a photo of the flowers before they go out for delivery might be more reassurance that they are on the way!

Three floral arrangements ordered through Direct2Florist for Christmas for family members in different locations in the UK and Ireland were delivered on time and all were beautiful, confirmed by photographs sent by all the receipients. In one instance, the original D2F florist was unable to accept my order for a particular arrangement. D2F then placed the order with another of their participating florists and I was immediately notified of this situation. This is not the first time using Direct2Florist and I will continue to do so in the future.
