After being let down by another company I decided to use direct2florist. Despite being given a January delivery date my flowers were in fact delivered before Christmas which was amazing as it was short notice. The choice of flowers that were sent sadly looked nothing like I had picked from the website. I understand choices may have been limited but I had chosen a colourful red Christmas basket but was instead sent an almost all white basket instead which had lily's in it. Another reason I chose the original basket was that it contained no lily's. Perhaps i should have stated in the comments about this. I shall know for the next time. Over all I was please with the service.

I was disappointed with the flower content and how late they were delivered. I know it stated that the bouquet would differ from the image ordered but the flowers were standard flowers you could have gotten in lidl. There were no exotic flowers as displayed when ordering and the flowers were in a gorgeous display box in the image online when ordering but came in plastic.

I had hoped for notification when the flowers were delivered as when I ordered them it was too close to xmas so I wasn’t given a specific delivery date just a two week (approx) delivery window. The flowers were beautiful though.
