The flowers are beautiful, there was a slight problem with the delivery. The delivery driver contacted the recipient, which was not a problem. However he was not overly helpful in clarifying what the delivery was, and claimed this was due to GDPR. The matter was resolved and the recipient was very happy with the flowers

I ordered a particular item which the named florist was unable to deliver. I was contacted by Direct2Florist who advised the situation and stated another florist was able to deliver. Bought Roses for valentines day. Flowers were absolutely stunning and impressive. Slight mix-up with delivery but did receive them. On contact with Nicko in Petals and Pressies and explaining the mix-up, I received a personal response and apology as he prides himself in a great service with quality flowers and reliable delivery.
