The company itself no issues. Had to process the transaction twice not too sure why. <br/>The product that I choose I have to say I was extremely disappointed in. I had choosen an upgrade and the image I choose from verses what was delievered were COMPLETELY different. The value for money was not there with cheap and excessive greenier used to bulk out. <br/>Living overseas I order flowers for family all the time but would not use this site again as I feel very ripped off for what I paid for. <br/>Apologies I don&rsquo;t mean to be negative just my honest feedback.

Only negative is I never got an email to tell me the flowers had been delivered I had used this service in Scotland and got an email to say they had been delivered and a photo of flowers got neither here

The site was easy to use. Unfortunately the type of bouquet a picked , when it arrived was nothing like the picture I chose. This I was very disappointed with. I had chosen a bright vibrant coloured bouquet and when the flowers were delivered All though there was different types they were all more or less the same colour peach! So I advice you to be specific with colours when ordering

Requested delivery in the AM yet the recipient didn't receive call to confirm suitable time for delivery until 12.30pm, when she had already left home for the day. I understand it was a holiday and they are busy but I found this to be poor service. I purposely chose this florist as it is the closest in proximity to the delivery address. Having previously ordered online through Interflora and the flowers not being delivered at all on the day requested they did however arrange another delivery the next day which was appreciated. Need to plan accordingly for busy periods!
