I ordered on a Wednesday for delivery on a Saturday. I even left the delivery time flexible to help. The flowers were not delivered. I emailed the florist whose name you had supplied and she rang me early Monday to apologise and then delivered the flowers. However, they were for a birthday on the Saturday so I was not pleased.

Flowers were left behind wheelie bins as I was out ... they weren???t fresh I asked for a teddy and got a cheap completely different teddy then the one I asked for .. never again would I order off this company 148 euro I spent the flowers the ones I received were disgraceful.. never again . I used bloom before I???d find them safer and reliable

I know that the flowers should be nice. But since I was sending them from USA to Ireland, I think an email to me after you delivered the flowers would have been nice. Really only because I am not sure if they got there. The flowers were for Sympathy and my family have not said they had gotten them. Let me know what you think.
