I placed an order around nighttime of 13/02 which was to be delivered on 14/02 as a surprise to my girlfriend for Valentine???s Day. Everything went smoothly. The order was delivered on 14/02 and she loved the flowers. Special thanks to the young lady who called me when she needed some clarification on the whereabouts of the delivery address. The team at Book and Gifts Florists were superb. I placed the order for delivery the next day, and 30 minutes after placing my order the team called to say that they didn't have all the flowers in the bouquet but they would replace them with similar options - which I had no problem with and I was very impressed by the prompt reply. Later that day I found out the recipients wouldn't be at home, so I called first thing the next day and they were very gracious and confirmed the delivery could be moved to another date. Amazing customer service AND the bouquet was BEAUTIFUL! Highly recommend.

Excellent Service. The bouquet was fantastic and everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were.<br />It came in a water container which was covered in cardboard so there was no need for a vase.<br /><br />I will definitely use Direct2Florist and "Books and Gifts Florists" in Kilcock again.

Each of the flowers were lovely taken on their own, however, the (too many) colours of the bouquet itself was not great and was looking messy. I am not sure I will use the service again.

ive just looked back and ive been getting my flowers with you for 6 years and never once have have i been disappointed you have always gone above and beyond and sent the most fantastic flowers to my family and i can never thank you enough for that if i could rate you higher than a 5 star i would but it wont let me but what i can honestly say is i will never go anywhere for my flowers i will only ever come to you i want the best for my family and that is you thank you for everything

Fantastic experience. Florist is excellent. She had the flowers delivered the next day and contacted my sister to make sure she would be home on delivery. My sister was thrilled with the florist who was kind and added extra special touches to the flowers I ordered. There were even tricolour roses in the bouquet - as I'm an emigrant and it was the day before St Patrick's day. Would highly recommend Books & Gifts in Kilcock. Thank you all for a great experience - well worth the money.
