No update from florist on order on the day of delivery. I had to ring and follow up myself. Phone lines closed at 3pm!! I eventually hit a call back at 6pm after leaving a message. Delivery made very late in the evening....wonder if delivery would have happened at all if I didn’t ring.

Amazing. I was stressed beyond belief when a delivery from US to Ireland was delayed and wasn't making it in time for my loves birthday. 8pm...i ordered flowers in the USA at 8pm and Direct2Florist truly amazed me. Never had an ounce of faith they'd live up to next day delivery. Well sure enough less then 12 hours later they had the local florist delivering on her doorstep! Just amazing work! Will never consider finding another way to send flower. ??
