A beautiful arrangement delivered by a wonderful young lady who phoned me in England after trying to deliver them for the first time. She promised she would try again even if after work hours so my mother got them on her 80th birthday.<br />Excellent and thanks again

Slight delivery problem overseas. However, a call from the office by a most considerate, kind, helpful young man put everything right. I am most grateful. As a company director, I appreciate 'the 'extra mile'. Recipients called me to say they too had a helpful call and took delivery, thereafter, of a beautiful table decoration. BIG thankyou.
