Wonderful Service. I ordered flowers to be delivered and from the call to Celines to the WhatsApp with a photo of the flowers that was being delivered - I found the process fabulous. The best I have experienced and I have been ordering flowers to be delivered for many years. Receiving the photo, by WhatsApp, of the flowers on way to be delivered was a lovely surprise - so customer expectations were surpassed. The unity arrangement was also beautiful and colourful. My flower girls basket was fabulous and is actually still partially alive, ten days later! We ordered our Wedding flowers and they were amazing! My bouquet and the bridesmaids seemed larger than most that I've seen previously and the arrangements were beautiful, I hardly had to specify anything and they were spot on! Flowers still looked amazing two days on and we manage to use them for our day 2 celebrations also! Delivery direct to our venue and set up in our ceremony were added services I didn't expect either and they were one less job to worry about on the day!

The bouquet which was delivered to the happy receiver looked totally different from what was indicated on the intranet. At first it made me think of funeral flowers instead of get-well-soon. Luckily the receiver did not see it this way. And the flowers were beautiful anyhow. I was just disappointed not to get what I was shown.

Celine looked after our Wedding Flowers and from consultation to delivery she was brilliant. She understood what I was looking for, and I was blown away by how beautiful our flowers were on the day.
