I had a very pleasant experience with Direct2florist. It was lovely that the florist was just down the road from my parents home. The flowers arrived at the time scale i had requested and also the delivery person waited while they made their way to the door. The flower arrangement was amazing and very fresh. Had an excellent experience sending flowers to my sister for her 60th birthday The delivery company personally rang me as I had given the wrong number of her house I then gave them the wrong number again by mistake and they rang me personally back. I had to ring my mother to get the right house number which wasnt a problem to the lady on the phone. She was so patient with me. The florist was GREAT! BUT, your website stinks!! Why would Chocolates be on the same page as the flowers, at the bottom of the page! You should have a 'separate' page after clicking on the flowers to add on chocolates, festive balloons and things like those examples.

The orchids and chocolates I sent to my daughter for Valentine's Day were beautiful. She sent a photo, more flowers than I expected in a beautiful pot and very nicely wrapped. The box of chocolates looks very large and is wrapped in gold foil. Usually when you order on line you don't get what is pictured but in this case it was better than the photo! I am thrilled. Thank you so so much from a Mom in Boston who misses her daughter in Dublin; will definitely use you again!
