My sister was at work when they went to deliver. They could have left them for her as someone was home however maybe it was cause it was 50th birthday but on being told her work address which was 6 miles away they delivered them there. My order hadn't been processed but when I phoned the florist's Maria was extremely helpful and assured me that the flowers would be delivered on time for the funeral, which was the case. She was extremely helpful despite being very busy with some staff members away on holidays. I would certainly recommend this florist.
