I have ordered flowers for my mums 50th birthday from a different website and was so disappointed! Flowers were thrown loosely into a cardboard box without the usual bag of water, some broken and pretty much dead looking. After seeing what my mom received I ordered from petal flower designs, even though the shop was out of flowers I ordered they whipped my mom the most beautiful and unique bouquet from the ones they still had leftover. The bouquet was delivered the same day and my mom was delighted with them and so was I! Definitely my future go to for gorgeous flowers! Thank you for saving the day!

It was the day of my mom's 50th birthday. I have ordered her flowers from a different place and when they arrived I was sooooo disappointed, not enough that the flowers looked nothing like in the picture, they were just thrown loosely into a cardboard box without even the usual bag of water! Some of the smaller flowers were broken off due to probably, reckless driving of the delivery person. Petals Floral Designs saved the day! They ran out of the flowers I have ordered but instead their amazing florist made up a bouquet with what they had and it turned out incredible! Flowers still got delivered to my mom the same day, she was delighted with them and so was I! Can't recommend them enough! My future go to flowers spot! Thank you so much!

On a friday night I placed an order for a wreath to be send for a funeral which would take place at the monday after. Because i wanted it to be a surprise I asked Maura of Petals Floral Design to contact the funeral planner to arrange the delivery (also because i did not know the exact location the funeral would take place). Within 10 min. I received a message back that all would be arranged. Next day the beautifull wreath was brought to the funeralplanner. Great service !!! They did everything right. Even with some restrictions I put, they managed the delivery very well. Needless to say, the flowers and teddy bear were more than I was expecting because when you select the size of your flowers you have no idea how it looks like but the medium size is reasonable.
