A gorgeous display of flowers exactly as in the pic of the flowers I chose for my sister's birthday. I have been using Magic Moments for a number of years now, and they have never disappointed me. I was unable to attend my aunts funeral in Ireland because of the availability of flights and the weather. Instead, I sent a wreath prepared by Direct2florist. My mother told me that it was noticed so many times and described by several people as 'wonderful' and 'beautiful', which is noteworthy considering that there were many, many others there. I really wanted to pay my respects and whilst i couldn't I was very pleased that Direct2florist spoke for me in this fashion. My aunt was special and it was fitting that the flowers I sent were too. I would not hesitate to use this company again but at the same time. I hope I don't have to.

Ordered flowers but we’re delivered a day late due to Christmas rush - not a problem in itself as they still got to recipient but no warning was given PRIOR to check out that this may happen. It was only after the fact I was warned of delays. V disappointing if needed on an exact date.

I decided on Ongar flowers as Delores & Brian did the church flowers for my wedding (the usual parish flowers in the colours we wanted - green & cream) she was great to work with and did beautiful work. Now I'm in America I didn't know what to do to order flowers for family and make sure I got a good result from someone reliable and local. I remembered Ongar so looked them up online. I've been told that the flowers are really beautiful (I don't live nearby so I haven't seen them). The only reason I've taken one star away is that the delivery arrived a day early (Easter), which as they were sent to my mother on the anniversary of my father's death, was somewhat sensitive. Perhaps there was a reason for this, but advance warning of early delivery would have been appreciated.

Excellent service, bought flowers online at 1.52pm, they were delivered at 5.30pm same day as per agreement. Very highly recommended, price was also very reasonable for quality of product.

My Mum said the flowers were beautiful &amp; the bouquet huge. I was very pleased as with internet you don't always know if you're going to get value for your money. I had asked for the delivery before 10am on the morning of her birthday. As that was not going to be possible, the florist took the initiative to phone my mother and ask if they could deliver the evening before. I was delighted as I preferred them to be delivered early rather than to late on the day of her birthday. Thank you all very much at the Flower Studio, Ongar.
