I have had confirmation that my flowers have been delivered TODAY to the funeral directors!!! If that is the case I expect a full refund. A service above & beyond anything I expected, From an initial misunderstanding (not the fault of the florist), Clares Flowers maintained excellent communications to reassure me that my order would still be fulfilled. So much so, she personally drove across the country to hand deliver the birthday bouquet I had ordered. And the flowers delivered were beautiful. Thanks so much
