I ordered the colourful planter which was on special offer. I requested a delivery for the 24th of May but I found out yesterday that it was actually delivered yesterday on the 16th which spoilt the surprise .The recipient was pleased with the display but it would have been better had it been delivered closer to the original date requested.Maybe double checking details like the dates would avoid this happening in future.

For a very special person on a very special occasion (she's going to appear in a number of scenes in a film by Ridley Scott, on location in Ireland) I had ordered the "Soft Whisper" bouquet. The young woman who received the bouquet, absolutely adored the flowers. She sent me a photo of them, and the bouquet is even more beautiful than the one on the photos here online. It's a piece of art. And it has brought two people, who are so many miles apart now, very close together. I would like to thank the lovely people at Clontarf Florists for their superb work. Go raibh mle maith agat!

Hand written card is a lovely touch however the driver had to ring to confirm the address as he couldnt make it out on the handwritten envelope. I had ordered a multicoloured bouquet of tulips but only got a bouquet of the same colour (A handful of one other similar colour included). Im sure Covid 19 is to be blame for the lack of stock but I felt like the bouquet didnt look like it was worth the price.

I had made a specific request for daffodils to be included but this did not happen. I sincerely doubt that this could have been due to unavailability at this time of year and wonder if the request got to the florist at all. A facility for the florist to feedback on why a request could not meet a request would be useful.

I am from the USA and ordered flowers to Ireland. After getting frustrated with services from the US, i clicked on direct 2's website I found it easy to use and as nervous as i was to order flowers without seeing them, i was amazed at how beutiful they were, how they were delivered promptly and how when i emailed direct 2 there was actually someone who personally responded. Zoe was informative and helpful. This is experience was a good one and pleasantly surprised me. If i need such a sevice in the fuure , i will definatly use you. Thank you for your excellent customer service. Kathy Venverloh

Hello Clontarf Florist. Just a quick email to let you know the two White Knight floral arrangements arrived at our recipients address amazingly early and beautifully arranged! My family in Ireland said they were the most beautiful arrangements they'd seen in years. This was very nice to hear, since I ordered from the US and was a bit apprehensive as to what I was sending and just when the flowers would arrive. Thank you so much for this excellent service and outstanding value. I will definitely order from your shop again. Kind regards, Becky Eremich
