Who makes and delivers my flowers?

Your flowers are made by the local florist you choose when placing your order. The florist creates your bouquet using fresh flowers available locally and then completes the delivery themselves, or through their own local delivery team. Your flowers are not boxed and sent through a national courier service where a local florist is available

How do I place an order?

Enter the recipient’s delivery address or postcode, choose your preferred delivery date, and we’ll show you local florists who can help. You can then select a florist, browse their available products and prices, and continue to checkout. Your order is placed with the florist you choose and sent to them instantly through the Direct2Florist system.

Can I see the florist’s opening times and delivery availability?

Yes. Direct2Florist shows the florist’s availability based on their opening times, delivery area and delivery dates. If same-day delivery is available, this will be shown during the ordering process. Availability can vary by florist, date, location and time of day.

Do I order from Direct2Florist or from the florist?

You order through the Direct2Florist platform, but your flower order is placed with the local florist you choose. The florist makes and delivers the flowers, while Direct2Florist provides the online ordering system, support and technology that connects you with that florist.

What if I need to change my order?

Please contact the florist as soon as possible, or contact Direct2Florist and we’ll help. Because your order is sent directly to the florist, changes are best handled quickly before the bouquet is made or delivery has started. Changes may depend on the florist’s opening hours, flower availability and delivery schedule.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Please contact the florist or Direct2Florist as soon as possible. Your chosen florist makes and delivers the flowers locally, and Direct2Florist is here to support both you and the florist if help is needed. If something has gone wrong, we’ll work with the florist to help resolve it fairly.

Do you offer same-day flower delivery?

Yes, many Direct2Florist members offer same-day delivery. Enter the delivery address and date, and we’ll show you local florists who are available. Same-day delivery depends on the florist’s local cut-off time, opening hours and delivery availability.

What happens after I place my order?

Your order is sent instantly to the florist you selected using the Direct2Florist Florist Manager system and app. The florist receives the order details, prepares the flowers and carries out the local delivery. You’ll receive order confirmation and can contact either the florist or Direct2Florist if you need help.

Can I contact the florist directly?

Yes. Where contact details are available, you can contact the florist directly about your order. You can also contact Direct2Florist customer support if you need help or would prefer us to assist. This gives you both local florist expertise and Direct2Florist support.

Are the products and prices the florist’s own?

The prices and delivery availability shown are linked to the florist you choose. Some florists add their own individual products, while others use a carefully selected Direct2Florist standard range, which helps customers browse and compare flower delivery options clearly across the website. Where a standard product range is shown, the florist can control their own prices and fulfils the order locally. As flowers are fresh, seasonal and locally sourced, the florist may substitute stems, colours or sundries where needed, while keeping to the style, value and occasion of the item ordered. The important point is that your order is placed with the florist you choose, and your bouquet is made and delivered by that florist locally.

How can I make my flowers last longer?

To extend the life of your flowers, trim the stems at an angle, change the water daily, and keep them away from direct sunlight and drafts.
