When ordering you select a photo and size and are told a similar bouquet will be sent.Only comment is i would like to have received a photo of the actual order. I have no idea what the order looked like so cant comment on quality or even if the size I paid for was met.

Poorly run, terrible “business” woman can’t manager her own staff. Rang days in advance to confirm they could deliver to my address and to book a time. Added the time on the note also, asked politely and added if this wasn’t possible to contact me. On the day was ask “what was the hurry” and that I couldn’t be allotted a time. Fine but I signed a contact with nearly €100 to which I expected the service to be carried out. Instead waited over 8 hours for delivery that was to be a surprise, rang 3 times and still couldn’t get any confirmation or even my delivery???? Was to get a call back eventually after 6:15pm, again never happened. Flowers eventually arrived at 8:00-8:02pm!!! cheap half folded box, straw “ribbon” in shreds, driver didn’t even leave at the door as request (due to Covid) with tiny piece of paper with Happy Mother’s Day logo on it along with the typed message (it was for a Special Birthday as a surprise, so no personal or added touch). Lily’s were also fully bloomed which was an added disappointment as they were the receivers favourite. The receiver was truly upset over the treatment we received and was disappointed with the bouquet which was an added let down due to the expenses that was given for this gift. A deluxe bouquet was ordered but other standard ones we have previously bought in local florists have been bigger and better arranged. No apology given by anyone just that they “were busy”, I understand but I can see why elsewhere was fully booked before this company. What sort of business is this, take your money and get a rude woman with no respect to be extremely disrespectful & lies to you! The owner couldn’t even ring their own delivery driver to asked for an update, said it was “impossible”. I taught the staff work for the owner or is it some random person off the street delivering ?! Stay well clear of this shambles of a “business” that nearly over a year of Covid still can’t operate, probably didn’t before this. No address or added details either for this business, no updates though the online “confirmation page”, no text or calls. To whatever rude staff that work for this “business” you really need to learn how to be civil and do a course in customer service. You’re very welcome for getting my glowing review in advance!

The flowers were beautiful and she loved receiving at her office! Especially liked that the card was hand written - very nice touch! It was very easy to place the order from half way around the world! The only negative I would say is that the 'tin watering can' in the picture was switched for another one that was maybe meant for a younger child, not the 30-something birthday girl, haha! But she still had a chuckle at that!

My dear friend received her beautiful flowers as promised the day after I ordered them, which was perfect. The service was brilliant the only problem was she had no idea who they were from because the card with my chosen words words was not in the flowers, just an empty envelope with her name and address. Not sure how it happened, probably a glitch I created on the online order as I had a bit of difficulty trying to include a card. My friend got the flowers which are gorgeous, but didn't know who they were from as there was no card attached and after two days if I hadn't asked her she would have texted someone else to say thanks. That would have been a disappointment! But the my friend who lives in Mullingar was delighted and can't speak highly enough about this particular florist.

Very disappointed my flowers were delivered so late in the evening.I had to ring the florists to see when they would be delivered.I wrote an email to complain and have had no response.I will not be using this company again and i will not be recommending them to anyone ..

Ordered two Christmas bouquets for delivery. Both arrived as promised on the correct date but were very small and contained only one rose among other cheap greenery after paying €71 including delivery for each bouquet. Will not order from this florist again. Poor value for money.

Flowers were nice (no issue) - thank you. I appreciate it was a very busy weekend but delivering flowers very late at night (12.30 am) is very poor. It would have been better delivering the next day in daylight. Also the flowers were delivered without a card to say who they were from, which led to a lot of confusion.

I ordered flowers for my daughter who lives in west neath. I live in south wales and find it very difficult to get any sort of gift to her. Direct2florist was so easy and simple to use I ordered the flowers and they were delivered the very next day from mullingar florist. The product was well worth the money beautifully fresh and a fabulous show of the most fabulous blooms. I will definitely use this service again. Thank you.

I love them, very efficient. I live in Kerry and wanted to send some flowers to my friend in Mullingar I was very worried that the flowers might not me as it seemed in the pic, but She loved it, it was great. AND very reasonable prices. Just one thing if only u can add a note on how to take care of the plants it will be Great. Thank u sooo much.

I used Direct2Florist to send my mum a bunch of flowers for mother's day, costing 40 euros. I selected the option to have the florist pick it for u, thinking that this would lead to a creative, wonderful bouquet. Insted the bouquet they sent contained only low value flowers - a few Chrysanthenums and Tulips - and the arrangement had loads of twigs. I sent a polite complaint about this and Direct2florist told me they had checked with the florist and it was of the right value. But it looked nothing like the bouquets available for 40 euros - no roses, lillies, or anything else as pictured. It was really heartbreaking and eve worse that no refund or even a second bouquet was offered. Be very careful about dealing with this company - they look after florists, but not their customers.
