  Very efficient delivery although it arrived a day early, but that was OK. Flowers were beautiful, well presented and gratefully received.

  I was completely delighted with the professional service that Flower Haven provided. The delivery driver called to say house couldn't be located as per the eircode. He went above and beyond and instead went out of his way to drive to the funeral home with the arrangement . Thank you for being so kind. Sharon

  Ordered a Paige arrangement of flowers for daughters birthday at end of March. Flowers that were delivered were completely different and we were not happy with them. Have tried to contact both the florist and Direct2florist.com but have not had a reply from either. Really wanted to know what happened. Don’t really see the point of ordering flowers if you are going to get something completely different . Not at all happy.

  The service was good but you did not deliver the bouquet of flowers that I ordered . It was completely different. They were a bouquet of all white flowers not al pink flowers which I ordered Cherry Blossom.

  I rang flower directly and the girl who answered didn't speak English. I asked specifically for the flowers to be sent between 3-4 pm and they were deliver after 530pm. <br/>Will not be using this service again. Extremely disappointed, overpriced, poor quality and service.
