Joanne

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 22nd Jun 2020

Direct2florist was good and was able to order bouquet of flowers the previous day of needing delivering. I want to say a big Thank you to Grettal’s Petals as I ordered a bouquet with a vase. The next day I received a phone call from Greta stating the bouquet does not come with a vase. It was a shame that direct2florist pictures & ordering was very deceiving. I would of been very cross & embarrassed that what I ordered was not produced. Greta kindly rang me from Ireland, stated the facts and kindly gave me the option for a vase ( of course an added £8) in the end it cost me £54 pounds unsure I would use again direct2florist again but definitely will use Grettal Petals directly In Shannon, Clare. Excellent service & my cousin loved her flowers. Direct2florist 2 stars but Gretal Petal defo deserve 4-5 stars.
