I must note to begin with the the company "Direct 2 Florist" was a little rubbish, to be honest. They told me that the flowers had been delivered to the address quoted (when they hadn't) and no information about who had received them. I was worried as it was a funeral, that they had gotten lost and "direct 2 Florist " made things so much worse through abysmal communication. However I have to say after contacting "the flower den" in Ennis (ireland) not only did they put my mind to rest but the driver took it upon himself to deliver them directly to the church where my mother-in-law was. Through very smart and quick thinking my mother in law had her flowers on her grave. I cannot thank 'The Flower Den' enough.

Fantastic I ordered through direct2dlorist for a next day funeral. I contacted the florist to confirm that she has received the order but she hadn't. I has to chase direct2dlorist twice to ask them to send the order. eventually when it was received the florist rang me and we sorted out the arrangement and flowers she had it all done in an hour for my cousin to collect. I asked him to take a photo for me and WOW beautiful. This lady is fantastic and couldn't be more helpful I would recommend sunflowers florist to anyone and everyone. Fantastic 5* .

The flowers that I ordered and the flowers that were delivered, are completely different, not even remotely similar! Did not get what I ordered and paid for! I get that some flowers are not in season but why then have flowers on your website if they are not available! False advertising, not impressed
