  A personal direct phone call from the florist at Brett’s flowers to clarify my order was more than impressive. She was businesslike but also empathetic, kind, understanding of family grieving. She touched my heart and made a gorgeous arrangement for a family funeral. I thank her sincerely from the bottom of my heart!?

  Because this was a local florist, they went above and beyond and as our mother was not at home, they spotted her car and popped the flowers inside. Needless to say this is a fairly small community and the car was unlocked.. Would recommend Direct2Florist. and will use again.

  I am in Chicago and was able to order on line and based on information provided by me they reached out to the number provided to get directions and delivered the flowers on requested date. They were gorgeous and helped make the day of our loved one. Extremely easy to pick a bouquet and set up delivery by a local florist.

  The flowers are beautiful. Exactly what my Nan would have wanted. Olivia done exactly as I asked & was willing to bring them to the church for my nanas funeral. She would have loved them.
