I ordered the deluxe hatbox for my friend when her husband passed. The flowers arrived on time and were beautiful. The colours were muted as was the hatbox itself and were in keeping with the sad occasion. I would highly recommend.

Hi there, I hope you are well. I'm afraid I have to say I wasn't impressed with the flowers delivered to a colleague. The total cost was ???71 incl. delivery, however the arrangement was very disappointing. My colleague sent me a picture and I was very disheartened. I can forward the picture if you can specify an email address. Delivery was perfect and service in general excellent, but the bouquet was very shabby for the price paid. Thank you, Orla Barry
